Sue Fredericks

Sue Fredericks has been developing workforce potential in the corporate and organization sector for her entire careeer. Prior to founding One Purpose Performance, Inc., Sue spent 15 years with Olsten Corporation, a global leader in the healthcare and staffing services industries. In her executive leadership role, she created and executed strategies that significantly increased profitability and influenced international growth for the organization. Sue's previous corporate experience includes executive leadership roles in successful organizations such as Campbell Soup Company, Keebler Foods Company, Friedrich Air Conditioning Company and National Medical Care. Prior to her corporate career, Sue was a licensed, certified educator in the NYC school system. Her ability to integrate transferable skills, maximize diverse experiences, and drive transformational change in her own career have created the desire and platform to support others in making smart choices and leveraging risk to thrive in their own lives.

Sue earned an MBA from Manhattan College and a BA in education from Lehman College. She is a lifetime learner and has participated in extensive executive development experiences including Outward Bound, Harvard University Executive Education, Center for Creative Leadership and Kellogg University Business Analysis.

Sue is the recipient of the Achievers' Award in Business from the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women, the National MS Society Leadership Award, the Training Directors Forum Award for Creativity and the Girl Scout Recognition Award for Service. Ms. Fredericks has a proven reputation as a forward-thinking leader, educator, problem solver, motivator and results-driven professional.

Sue has served on the board of directors for various organizations: Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women, Long Island Power Network, Long Island Women's Agenda, From Our Hearts and the Girl Scouts of Nassau County. She has an international reputation as a motivational speaker and guest lecturer and writes regularly on business issues such as executive leadership, change management, resilience, and work/life blend.

Nancy Engelhardt Cashin

Nancy has had a diverse and rewarding career. As a well known master planner, facilitator and coach, Nancy has decades of experience working in various industries. Her entrepreneurial background includes co-founding Interactive Marketing Services (IMS), a full-service database, direct marketing firm. IMS transitioned from direct mail to become an internet-based provider and developer, who raised venture capital and was acquired by a public company in less than two years. This gave Nancy the opportunity to discover a new career path helping to build community leadership programs while focusing on developing leadership and high performing teams across the region. Prior to joining One Purpose Performance, Inc, Nancy was the Founding Director of The Energeia Partnership, an Academy for Regional Stewardship at Molloy College for 12 years. This incredibly successful 2 year program helped bring together, the most influential leaders in the region, providing them with the information and networks necessary to become change agents who influence change, innovation and progress.

Under Nancy’s leadership the program educated over 450 graduates who are excelling in their careers and impacting the quality of life on LI by serving on over 250 boards and commissions across the region. Nancy continues to be passionate trustee of Long Island and a catalyst for growth in all areas of her life.

Nancy is the recipient of the Long Island Business News “50 Around 50”, Leadership Huntington’s “Distinguished Community Member”, “Woman of the Year” National Association of Professional Women, Long Island Press “Power List” 50 Most Powerful People on Long Island, and LIBN “50 Most Influential Women”, Project Grad Honoree - Women who empower youth through education, 2013 Girls Inc.
